This activity is related to a certain kind of metric, namely EO_RESP, which denotes "Response to Emergency Orders". This metric rates the number of discrepant items in emergency orders.

This item count is mapped to a negative score value. In this activity, you maintain the mapping.

In general, you always specify the mapping of an interval of item counts to some score value. An interval is always specified by the lower boundary. The related other end of the interval is defined by another entry in this table.

The standard setup includes a mapping where the item count is directly used as the negative score value. The maximum score reduction due to discrepant emergency order items is limited to 25.

A single table entry defines a mapping for a single interval of item counts to a single score value:

  1. You specify the lower boundary of the interval.
  2. You assign a score point value for this interval. It can be any positive number including 0.

If you create, change, or delete entries in this table, all these changes will affect metric calculations that are performed after the changes have been saved, but not those metric scores that already have been calculated.
