RSBCTSDPR_MTCCAT - Metric Categories

In this activity, you define the categories that can be assigned to metrics. Categories allow easy grouping of multiple metrics. They can be used to set up reports where the supplier ratings are aggregated and grouped according to the categories defined here.

The standard setup includes the following two categories:

1. COM for a metric category communication to group all metrics related to communication with the supplier.
2. DLV for a metric category delivery to group all metrics related to delivery of materials.

Enter the metric categories in the table:

1. Specify the name of the category.
2. Provide a short and a medium description for the category that can be displayed in the reporting.
