In this Customizing activity, you extend the G/L account properties for integration with SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC).

The extension table is for properties of BPC account dimension (A).

You have already defined the required account master data. This is done from the SAP Easy Access menu by choosing Accounting -> Financial Accounting -> General Ledger -> Master Records -> G/L Accounts -> Individual Processing -> In Chart of Accounts(transaction FSP0).

For each G/L account defined per chart of accounts, you define the following dimension properties:

  • DIMLIST
  • ELIMACC
  • ENABLEJNR
  • TYPELIM
  • Exchange Rate Type
  • Account Type

Additionally, you can also maintain the following G/L account properties:

  • G/L Account Type
  • Account Group
  • Mark for Deletion
  • Language-Dependent Short Text and Long Text
