This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the implementation of the OData service Print Labels (RETAILSTORE_PRINT_LABELS_SRV) within the SAP Fiori apps for in-store merchandise and inventory management (LO-RFM-STO-FIO).
You can use this BAdI to influence the entity Printer. It determines the available printers in the backend, and provides master data for a printer, in the SAP Fiori app Print Labels. It is called when a user changes the printer on the UI. You can enhance or overwrite the SAP standard.
The default implementation assumes that the field PASTANDORT of table TSP03 contains information about the location of the printer. Therefore, it checks the field PASTANDORT for an occurrence of the ID, city, or city code of the store that is assigned to the user.
