This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the implementation of the OData Service Receive Products (RETAILSTORE_RECEIVE_PRODUCT_SRV) within the SAP Fiori apps for in-store merchandise and inventory management (LO-RFM-STO-FIO).

You can use this BAdI to influence the entity PostDocumentItem. This entity posts goods receipts for receiving document items (either a handling unit, delivery, or purchase order) and provides information about this in the SAP Fiori app Receive Products. It is called when the UI requests the posting of a document item, or information for a previously requested posting. You can enhance or overwrite the SAP standard at several different levels.
