Use this Customizing activity to modify the Determine number of weeks for leave calculations (NZHS) personnel calculation rule as per your requirements.

NZHS acts as a guide for organizations to create their own custom rule to calculate number of weeks in a payroll period excluding other types of pre-defined absences as per requirement, as organizations may have differing absence counting classes.
