Do not execute this IMG activity manually.

This IMG activity is executed automatically once the corresponding BC
set RAP_ODATA_BC_SET is activated on system setup or upgrade.

For cloud systems the activity creates a new entry with the name
SAP_CLOUD_PLATFORM and the value ENABLED.

For on-premise systems the activity is not executed.

The values that are maintained in the BC set table are retrieved during
V4 service binding activation to trigger the corresponding tasks for
cloud or on-premise systems.

No manual activity required.
