SA_AU_CE_001 - Activate grouping for Superannuation funds

In this IMG activity, you assign grouping reasons to the Superannuation Guarantee Contribution (SGC) funds of the Superannuation Aust. infotype (IT0220). This is required for enabling the data sharing of SGC funds at the employer level. For every SGC fund that your enterprise uses, you must assign the grouping reason as AUBN for Concurrent Employment.

Perform this step only after activating the CE functionality within your system.

In the standard system, the subtype for SGC funds is Award Fund - SGC (QASG). It has been assigned the grouping reason AUBN.

1. Select Table View -> Change Display to activate the change mode.
2. Select New Entries. The New Entries: Overview of Added Entries screen appears.
3. Select the infotype as 0220 Superannuation Aust.
4. Enter the subtype for SG funds. The standard system has the subtype QASG.
5. Select the grouping reason as AUBN.
6. To save your entries, select Table View -> Save.

Assume that the following SGC funds are considered in your enterprise:

·,,QASG

·,,QSGC

Upon executing this IMG step, you specify two distinct entries, as illustrated below.

·,,0220 QASG AUBN

·,,0220 QSGC AUBN
