SCMGV_ATTRREASON - Create Values for Attribute 'Reason'

You can use this IMG activity to define the permitted reasons for each case type.

You have defined the case type (IMG activity Define Case Types).

In the attribute profile, the attribute Reason (REASON_CODE) has to be flagged as a dropdown for the display so as to avoid entry errors.
