Define task and assign document type to task for data collection.

In this activity you define tasks for data collection and you assign document types to the tasks.

The document types for reported financial data or for manual posting must already exist.

Tasks for every activity are preset in the standard system.

1. Check the predefined tasks and, if necessary, define new ones.
2. To each task assign the document type to be used for the postings. The assignment uses the effective fiscal year and effective period.

This allows you to assign multiple document types for the same time period.
