SIMG_CFMENUFNMCFNCI - Define Finance Type

In this section you define the financing types of the objects.

Finance type Usage type Short name Long name

01 11A Pub.fund.apart. Publicly funded apartment
02 2A Other apart. Purchase of other apartment

1. Choose 'New entries'.
2. Enter a numeric key for the financing type.
3. Enter the usage type (e.g. government subsidized housing construction). This determines the group in which the loan is incorporated for regulatory reporting purposes.
4. Enter a short and a long text.
5. Save your entries.
