Since the entries for assessment data control are generated automatically during the installation, you only need to use this function in exceptional cases (if for example, an error occurs in the installation process).

In this case, you can define which field groups and how these field groups are used in the assessment. A field group is a currency field orquantity field. You can maintain these entries if you want to create a new FI-SL table. In this case, you can copy either table GLT1 (local) or table GLT2 (global) and modify the copied table according to your requirements.

  1. Select the desired combination.
  2. Specify whether the relevant field group is to be assessed internally, that is, by defining sender and receiver.
  3. Specify whether the relevant field group is to be updated.
  4. If you are working with a receiver tracing factor, enter a number for this tracing factor.
  5. Enter, if necessary, the table, the field and the unit into which the data from the assessment is to be updated.
  6. Enter, if necessary, information regarding the alternative source of data for the assessment.

If you want to make a new entry, proceed as follows:

  1. Select "Edit"->"New entries" in the menu bar.
  2. Enter the table, type of allocation and the field group, and specify whether the new field group is to be used for actual or plan data.
  3. Enter the information described in the above steps 2-6.
