PERFORM Short Reference CPI1466 during BackupThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this activity, you can change an existing standard layout or create a new one. You use the standard layout to define the format in which your reports are output.
There are seven screens available for defining the standard layout:
- Header (initial screen)
- Page/control
- Row totals
- Row texts
- Column totals
- Column texts
- Representation
In the standard system, each report is assigned the standard layout "SAP" which is delivered with the FI-SL system.
Use the SAP standard layout or define your own standard layout by copying the SAP standard layout and modifying it according to your requirements.
- Enter a description for the standard layout.
- Define the general page format of the report.
- Define the row parameters of the report.
- Define the parameters of the row texts.
- Define the column parameters of the report.
- Define the parameters of the column texts.
- Define the numeric format of the output values (some of the format parameters are language-dependent).
You transport standard layouts into the productive system using a specific Customizing function. For more information, see the activity Transport Report Writer Objects.
For more information on creating and changing standard layouts, see Financial Accounting -> Special Purpose Ledger -> Report Writer -> Standard Layout in the SAP Library.
