In this IMG activity, you define all the diagnosis coding catalogs used in your system together with their respective names.
The Catalog field contains the short text describing the catalog and the Catalog Name field contains the long text description for a particular diagnosis coding catalog.
You work with the catalog identification key (specified in the Ct field) in the application. You have to specify the catalog and the diagnosis code when entering diagnoses.
For diagnosis entry, you have to specify which catalog is to be used as the basic catalog for diagnosis entry and which catalog is to be used for creating diagnosis statistics in the IMG activity Set Parameters for Diagnosis Documentation.
