This IMG activity provides information about which work organizer types can be used to output work organizers.

Caution
The category of a work organizer type is predefined by SAP. Do not change the entries.

  • The work organizer type key is predefined.
  • You can change the text for this key (Description field). This text is simply used within the settings and, as such, need not be changed.
  • The category of the work organizer type (WorkOrgType Ctgy field) determines whether additional conditions can govern the selection of a work organizer in the application.
For further information about this, refer to the F1 Help for this field.
  • The specified function module is the default used by SAP to format and output data on the work organizer (form).
  • The form window table indicator (Wind.Table Rel. field) specifies whether the window table TNF05 is relevant or not for work organizers of this type when printing SAPscript forms.
  • The language control indicator (Language Ctrl.) stipulates whether language control is possible for work organizers of this type. Its purpose is merely informative here.
  • The object type (Object Type field) is required for archiving the forms that are assigned to a work organizer type. The entry in this field is preset by SAP and must not be changed. If you change the object type, the system can no longer access the archived forms.
Archiving is currently only possible for invoice forms.
  • The work organizer types are provided for specific events.

  • You require the key of the work organizer type when you come to define with which
  • SAPscript form or PDF-based print form or program a particular form is to be output.
