SAP E-Book

In this IMG activity, you choose which of the SAP preset values you want to use for your institution. You can also specify that particular work organizers can be output by default. It is also possible to define an OU-specific usage of forms here.

You have to maintain the event FAKTTS for invoice printout. For further information, refer to the SAP note 443638.

Note: We recommend that you use the copy function for this activity.

  1. Enter your institution in the Inst. field
  2. The application key is always N for IS-H.
  3. Enter the events and work organizer types, if needs be. The program run time can be improved by deleting entries that are not required.
You can list the possible input values by calling the value help for the Event or WOrgType fields.
  1. Flag the Standard checkbox if the assigned work organizers can be printed automatically in the application. (Automatic printing in the application takes place when you choose Print or Edit -> Print Form -> Standard Form).
If this is the case, you can make an entry later for individual work organizers of this type with the corresponding event in the unconditioned output control table to the effect that the system also prints the form by default. If you do not select this option here, it is essential to make the corresponding specification in the unconditioned output control table.
  1. Restrict OU stipulates whether the output of forms (work organizers) of the corresponding work organizer type is restricted to particular OUs in relation to the corresponding event.
If you flag this checkbox, work organizers (forms) can be assigned to particular organizational units (refer to the section entitled Assign Work Organizers to Organizational Units. If you have not made the corresponding assignments and have selected Restrict OU, a form of this work organizer type is for the event.
To be able to use restricted output, you have to have maintained user parameter NF1 (user-specific org. unit only for form control) if you have not specified a unique organizational unit for an event. This parameter should only be used for this purpose. It enables form determination to be carried out by means of a user-specific organizational unit assignment.

For more information about events, refer to the section entitled Assign Applications to Events.
