In this section you set the field status for the following applications:

  • Offer rental agreement
  • Rental agreement

You specify which fields in the master data maintenance are:

  • Must fields

  • Can fields

  • Display fields

  • Hidden fields that you do not need

  1. Select an application and select the function "Field Status".
  2. Select the required field group.
  3. Set the field status: must, can, display or hidden

In the case of Austrian tenancy law, check the field status in the tenant service charge settlement in the offer and rental agreement and if necessary, change it.
