In this section, you determine which occupancy obligations a rental unit can have. The occupancy obligation determines under which conditions a rental unit may be let. The occupancy obligation has to match the accommodation entitlement certificate specified for the applicant, that is, the application/rental request contains a list of the occupancy obligations for which the applicant owns a certficate.
Check the standard settings and change them if necessary.
