SIMG_CFMENUOFDIFOPS - Maintain Adjustment Rates Depending on Mortgage Rate Change

In this section, you determine the rent adjustment in dependency of a mortgage loan rate change.
The mortgage loan rate change (Old interest -> New interest) and the thus resulting rent increase/reduction in percent are stored.
During mortgage loan rate reduction, (Old interest -> New interest) a rent reduction occurs. You should enter this as NEGATIVE.
The mortgage loan rates are entered in steps of 0.25 % and should be sequential.

In this example, the rent is reduced by 4.4 % (1.96 % + 2.44 %) when the mortgage loan rate is reduced from 6.25 to 5.75 %; and is correspondingly increased by 4.5 % (2.0 % + 2.5 %) when the interest is increased from 5.75 to 6.25 %.
From the point of view of functionality, the sequence number is irrelevant; in Customizing, however, the entries are displayed sorted by this number. Please note that the area for the increases and the area for the decreases has to be defined sequentially. Currently, this is not checked.
Enter the adjustment percentage rate of the rent for each mortgage loan rate reduction.
