SIMG_CFMENUOFDIFP01 - Determine Service Charge Key and Its Attributes

In this section, you determine:

• Service charge keys for the settlement of heating expenses and operating costs

• The business attributes of the individual service charge key (dependent on tenancy law)

For attributes of the service charge key:

1. Service charge keys have already been created.
2. Apportionment units have already been created.

1. Service charge key

Check the standard settings and change them, if necessary:

1. Delete all keys you do not need.
2. Create all necessary service charge keys (New entries).
3. Save your entries.

Attributes of the service charge keys

You can define the following attributes for each service charge key:

1. Belongs to operating costs or to heating expenses
2. Costs are apportionable or not apportionable
3. Which apportionment unit of the service charge keys is to be used exclusively for apportionment
4. Whether the regional location key for heating value days is to be taken into account
