In this section you determine

  1. Number ranges of the addresses:
These number ranges contain key numbers for addresses in the address file. This key number is not visible for the user.
  2. Assignments of the number ranges to real estate objects:
Addresses from the address file are assigned to a real estate object via an intermediate file. A reference to the intermediate file is contained in the master record of the real estate object. The intermediate file refers to the key of the address file. In this section you maintain the keys in the intermediate file. This key is not visible to the user either.

For both objects, you need the following two number ranges:

No From-number To-number
P1 1000000000 1999999999
PI 9000000000 9999999999
The numbers have to be assigned "internally".

We recommend that you do not change the default settings. If, however, you do change them, please note that number ranges P1 and P2 have to be disjunct.

Check whether the above settings exist in the standard system. If not, please enter them.
