Specify shipping and packaging instructions in purchase orders sent to your suppliers.

In this configuration activity, you can specify certain shipping and packaging instructions in purchase orders issued to your suppliers. When the relevant goods receipts are entered, the extent to which the supplier has complied with these instructions can then be noted.

1. Maintain the shipping and packaging instructions.
2. If you want to check the supplier's compliance with the shipping and packaging instructions, specify the evaluation criteria for each instruction.
