SIMG_CFMENUOLMEOMZ6 - Define Partner Schemas in Purchasing Documents

Define your partner schemas, which allow you to group different partner functions or roles. You can specify which partner roles can be selected in a business document, such as a standard purchase order or a contract, and which of those partner roles are mandatory.

You can do the following:

• Specify certain mandatory roles in a schema

• Specify when the partner role is to be determined. For example, at the beginning or end of the document creation process.

• Search for partners at higher levels. For example, if no partner is determined at a given level, can the system search for partners at higher levels?

Note: You cannot change partner roles once entered.
