In this activity, you can maintain the condition tables for output condition records. You define the combination of fields for which you want to create output condition records in a condition table. In this way, you can control output determination depending on, for example, the combination of returnable packaging and customer number.

The condition table 300 is shipped as standard for Returnable Packaging Logistics.

The condition tables which are contained in the standard SAP System should remain unchanged. If you want to make changes, you should create new condition tables. To do this, copy a similar, already existing condition table and make the necessary changes.

  1. Check to what extent you can use the condition tables contained in the standard SAP System for output control.
  2. If you want to create a new condition table, proceed as follows:
  • Enter the name of the table you want to create. Remember that you may only choose names between 501 and 999.

  • Enter a description for the condition table.

  • Select the desired fields for the condition table from the list of allowed fields.

  • Generate the new condition table.

  1. Specify the condition tables in the access sequences. In this way, you establish the link between output condition, access sequence and output condition record.
