SIMG_CFMENUOLMORLRS5 - Maintain Access Sequences
BAL_S_LOG - Application Log: Log header data Addresses (Business Address Services)This documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this activity, you define access sequences.
The access sequence is a search strategy which the SAP system uses to search for condition records valid for a condition type.
To define an access sequence, make the following settings:
- access sequence
four-digit alphanumeric key which uniquely identifies the access sequence
- description
a text describing the access sequence
- detailed data (only the most important data is listed here: for further information, see Online help)
- sequential number
the sequential number of the access in the access sequence
- table
condition table containing key fields from the output condition records
- To create a new access sequence, copy a similar one already existing in the system and change it to correspond to your requirements.
- If you define your own access sequences, the key should start with the letter Z since SAP reserves this letter for the standard system.
- Check to what extent you can change and use the access sequences contained in the standard SAP system.
- Define new access sequences as required.
