SIMG_CFMENUOLPSPPE35 - Maintain Profile for Interface Between iPPE and Project System

In this activity, you make settings for transferring data to the Project System.
The profiles you define here are used as templates for the settings on the interface. When you enter a profile on the interface, which you access from the iPPE Workbench, the settings you have made are called up and processed by the interface when they are transferred.
The settings are divided into the following areas:
- Profile Basic Data
- In this area, you enter a name and a short description for the profile.
- PS Master Data
- In this area, you specify the PS objects to which data from iPPE is to be transferred.
- You can specify a project definition, one or several WBS elements from a project, or one or several network numbers.
- iPPE Master Data
- In this area, you specify which data is to be transferred from iPPE to the Project System.
- Releases
- In this area, you specify the processes for which objects must be released before they are transferred to the Project System.
- In Customizing, choose Production -> Basic Data -> Integrated Product and Process Engineering -> Maintain Profile for Interface Between iPPE and Project System.
- The screen iPPE PS Profile Interface appears.
- Choose Insert Row, enter a name and short text. Choose Display or Edit Profile Details.
- The screen Profile Maintenance iPPE PS appears.
- Enter data as required and save the profile.
