In this IMG activity you maintain the copy controls at item category level. The control with the 'Structure/NewFreeGoods' field is most relevant for free goods. Here you can control whether the free goods should also be transferred when you copy from one order to another, or whether you should re-determine them.
Take into account the restrictions for determining free goods in order types with document category C (no inquiries and quotations).
