When you register visitors and means of transport at checkpoints, you create a pass. The system assigns an internally-unique number that identifies the pass. This number is taken from the number range that you define in this activity.

In the standard system, internal number assignment is made using the number range interval 01.

You can transport number range objects as follows:

Choose Interval -> Transport on the Number Range for Pass Within that of the Check-in screen.

First, make sure that all intervals of the chosen number range have been deleted in the target system so that only the exported intervals exist in the system after the import. The current number levels will be imported with the values that they have at the time of the export.

Foreign key tables are not transported or converted.

You must add a new number interval in order to define a number range:

Maintain the number range interval 01 for assignment of internal pass numbers.
