SIMG_CFMENUOLSDNV04 - Maintain Access Sequences
PERFORM Short Reference Vendor Master (General Section)This documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
You define access sequences in this menu option.
An access sequence is a search strategy the system uses to find condition records valid for a condition type.
To define an access sequence, make the following settings:
- access sequence
- four-character alphanumeric key which uniquely identifies the access sequence
- description
a text describing the access sequence
- detailed data (only the most important data is listed here: for further information, see Online help)
- sequential number
- the sequential number of the access in the access sequence
- table
- condition table containing key fields from the output condition records
- To create a new access sequence, copy a similar one already existing in the system and change it to meet to your requirements.
- If you define your own access sequences, the key should start with the letter Z as SAP reserves this namespace for this purpose.
- Check to what extent you can adapt the default access sequences contained in the system.
- Define access sequences for your SD documents.
