SIMG_CFMENUOLSDOVNN - Define Variants For Initiating Dispatch

In this menu option, you define variants for the program which controls output selection.
For each variant, you have to maintain the following:
- Variant
- freely definable name that identifies the variant
- Output application
- Indicator of the application (for example, sales or shipping) in which you want to initiate shipping automatically.
- Object key
- Document number which identifies an object (for example, an order confirmation)
- Output
- Message (for example, order confirmation or invoice) which you provide for the shipment
- Output type
- Indicator which controls the type of output (for example, fax or printout)
You can enter intervals for these parameters to be able to issue or send more than one output for several documents with the same variant in various applications.
Only the output selection program RSNAST00 is defined in the standard system. It is automatically proposed for the definition of variants.
In addition the following variants are defined in the standard system:
- SD_SINGLE
- SD_PERIOD
- Enter the name of the variant that you wish to create.
- Edit the variant.
- Maintain the parameters described above according to your requirements.
