Use

In this Customizing activity, you can define the residence time of the price conditions.

Activities

You must make an entry for the objects that are to be archived in the following fields:

• Usage (U): only usage A = Pricing is supported.

• Application (App)

• Residence time: The residence time is entered in days. The system uses the residence time and the valid-to date of the condition to calculate the residence period.

• Document Check: If this indicator is selected, the system archives only those conditions, for which there exist no longer any business documents, for example sales orders, in the system.

Save your settings.
