In this menu option, you define the layout of the work list for deliveries.

• For more information on how to control the display of the work list, see the section "Define layout of worklists".

In this section, we will only describe the aspects that are of relevance for deliveries.

• The system automatically creates the work list for all items relevant for delivery. Whether an item is relevant for delivery depends on its item category. All items which are defined as relevant for delivery in the item category and have not yet been completely delivered are included in the list.

1. Check to what extent you can adopt the configurations which are defined in the standard system.
2. Define the display variants. The key for the display variant must begin with the letter "Z".
3. Define the totals variants. The key for the totals variant must begin with the letter "Z".

You can sum up the following in the work list for deliveries:

• gross weight

• volume

• processing time of a delivery

You can calculate the total according to various criteria (for example, for each ship-to party). You define these criteria in the totals variant.

1. Check the default values.
2. Define the fields for additional functions. You can choose "Define layout of worklists".
