SIMG_CFMENUOLSDVPW1 - Maintain Task Areas

This is where you maintain task areas for portal overviews and assign them to the corresponding users.

For the standard delivery, two iViews are designated for the Sales Assistant (Internal Sales Representative) -> 'Workload' and 'Todo'.

To ensure that these iViews are filled, you must create the task areas

'Standard' and 'ToDo' for each user.

See transaction VPWL (Portal Targets).

1.) Create the task areas 'Standard' and 'ToDo' for the relevant users and select the corresponding language.

2.) You can now freely define your subareas for these task areas.

Example:

Sales orders

Quotations

Inquiries

.....

3.) You can now define the tasks for the users in these task subareas.

The task is a combination of description (Link ID ) / Target ID (Report) / Variant.

You can determine the worklist from this combination.

(Number of documents for the development of the selection variants).

4.) Report ERPSLS_WLOADDET is used to determine the worklist.

This is started asynchronously from the iViews in the portal when the 'Update' button is chosen.
