In this step, you define condition tables for message records for summarized JIT calls.

In a condition table, you define the combination of fields, for which you want to create message records.

For example, you can control message determination depending on the combination of plant and JIT call profile.

The condition tables that are in the system as standard should be kept unchanged. If you want to make any changes, you should create new tables for the purpose. To do this, copy a similar existing condition table and make the necessary changes.

  1. Examine the extent to which you can use the standard condition tables for message control.
  2. If you want to create a new condition table, proceed as follows:
  • Enter the name of the table that you want to create. Note that you can only choose names between 501 and 999.

  • When creating the condition table, enter a table type without reference (for example, pooled table).

  • Enter a description for the condition table.

  • Choose the fields you want for the condition table from the list of fields allowed.

  • Generate the new condition table.

  • Define the new condition tables.

  1. Enter the condition table in the access sequences (see the section "Access sequences"). You thus create the link between message type, access sequence and message record.
