In this workstep, you create the layout for the print lists for the pull list. However, this workstep only applies to the old print function in the pull list, which still have the option of using. This print function allows you to create various lists, whose scope you can set in Customizing. For the new print function, you make settings directly in the pull list.

The following settings exist in the standard system:

  • the totals view contains all information on the demands (requirements) in the totals lines
  • the detailed view contains the individual requirements, grouped according to the requirements type
  • the stock transfer view displays all totals lines with replenishment information from the point of view of the replenishment source. The replenishment storage location here is significant.

The standard print lists are maximum lists - if necessary, you can reduce the information to be included in the list to improve transparency.

  1. Define the profiles for field selection. You thus determine which fields are to be printed as a column in the list.
  2. Define the profiles for the grouping. You thus determine which fields are to be grouped together and printed.
  3. Define the profile for the sort function. You thus determine how the fields are to be sorted in the list.
  4. Define the layout - and print profiles. You assign the profiles that you defined in the first three steps with the layout and print profile; you then assign the print profile to the appropriate plant and application.
