In this section, you define the output and sort sequence of your asset register. The asset register is a report required by law in Italy. All transactions such as purchases, acquisitions, asset retirements, transfers, depreciation and revaluations have to be listed there. The Italian asset register has to be printed according to special sort terms (location, year, description, license plate number).
Define which fields are to occur in the asset register and are to be used as a sort key for each company code, account allocation and asset class. The following fields are available:
- Location
- Text
- License plate number
- Acquisition year
