SIMG_CFMENUORFAVOR64 - Determine Depreciation Areas

In this activity, you determine the depreciation areas in which you want to manage replacement values.

In most countries/regions, you are only allowed to calculate replacement values for cost accounting purposes. In this case, you should only allow for upward and downward revaluation in the cost accounting depreciation area.

You must have created at least one chart of depreciation of your own.

Depending on the country-specific/region-specific standard chart of depreciation, SAP provides depreciation areas for managing replacement values.

Set the indicator “Management of Revaluation” in the depreciation areas in question.
