SIMG_CFMENUORFBOBKV - Define Schedule for Financial Calendar

In this activity, you define your schedule. In the schedule, all tasks that are to be displayed at the same time are grouped together.

You store the following information:

• Name of the schedule and possibly a more detailed description

• Personnel planning and development organizational unit (optional)

At this point you can link the schedule with an organizational unit from personnel planning and development. To do so, you must first maintain the appropriate organizational structure in the organizational management application. If you link the schedule with an organizational unit and want to delete the units belonging to this, the system also displays the schedules for these organizational units. For more information on Organizational Management, please refer to the implementation guide for "Personnel Planning and Development'.

• Calendar ID (factory calendar or holiday calendar)

Define your schedule according to your requirements.

You can assign authorizations for changing and displaying the schedule (authorization object F_T001E). For more information on authorization maintenance, please refer to the chapters on "User Maintenance".
