In this step you can centrally maintain the medium and long texts for the reasons for inclusion and reasons for exemption from consolidation.
Medium and long texts for various legal reasons for exemption are preset in the SAP R/3 standard delivery system.
The medium texts only provides a key phrase, the long text quotes the relevant legal text.
Check the texts preset in the SAP R/3 standard delivery system and enhance them if necessary.
