SIMG_CFMENUORFCFEST - Define FS chart of accounts

The following FS charts of accounts are preset in the SAP standard system:
- An FS chart of accounts stating the appropriation of retained earnings at the end of the income statement
- An FS chart of accounts stating the appropriation of retained earnings on the balance sheet
Future releases will include further FS charts of accounts covering different legal layouts (e.g., EC guidelines, US GAAP) and various business sectors (e.g., industry, banks, insurance).
Choose one of the predefined FS charts of accounts in this step. This affects all related customizing tables in the FI-LC system. The settings concur with the FS chart of accounts chosen.
If you opt for a different FS chart of accounts after having already chosen one, you must run an initialization in this step. Note that an initialization overwrites all relevant settings and should, therefore, only be run at the beginning of system customizing or during test phases. You should exercise caution.
In order to select a predefined FS chart of accounts, you must be running an R/3 release version of at least 3.0C, and the items preset in the standard SAP delivery system must have remained unchanged.
- Choose one of the predefined FS charts of accounts.
- If you need to reverse your choice, initialize the settings for the items.
