SIMG_CFMENUORKSKPRK - Define Access Sequences
PERFORM Short Reference CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES - Frontend ServicesThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
An access sequence is a search strategy that the system uses during pricing to search for valid prices for each condition type. It refers via the condition tables contained in the access sequence to the fields relevant for the price determination.
If you want the SAP System to end its search as soon as it has found a price, you should set the Exclusive indicator for the Access Sequence.
- Examples
- The access sequence K001 is defined with price table 132 for resource pricing. This access sequence ensures that the system searches by the criteria "Controlling area", "Version" and "Cost center".
- You should not change the access sequences contained in the SAP standard version. Instead, you should copy them and make changes to the copy in line with your requirements.
- If you define your own access sequence, the key should begin with "Z" (user namespace).
The access sequence K001 is supplied by SAP in the standard for cost center resources.
If the control elements delivered in the standard do not meet your requirements, you should define your own access sequences.
If you want to import standard settings for resource planning, you can use a separate function in Customizing Controlling -> General Controlling -> Production Start-Up Preparation -> Transport System Settings-> Transport Settings for Planning -> Import Standard Settings for Resource Planning.
