SIMG_CFORFBT042ZZ - Assign Payment Medium Program for Payment Method in Country/Region

In this process step, for each payment method you assign the classic payment medium program (RFFO*) that is used for creating payment media in that country/region.
- Enter a country/region key.
- Enter the appropriate program for each payment method.
