SIMG_CMP_XX_LTI_006 - Define Country-/Region-Dependent Award Attributes

In this step, you assign country-/region-specific attributes, for example compensation guidelines, to your awards.

The system contains sample entries that you can use or modify to meet your requirements.

  1. Enter the compensation area in the dialog box Determine Work Area: Entry.
  2. Enter an award.
  3. Enter a guideline
  4. Save your entries.

You can also enter a wage type for each award and compensation area. However, this is not mandatory, as the wage type is for information only. This field remains available to ensure compatibility with earlier releases.

You can only assign attributes to awards for one compensation area at a time. To assign attributes to awards for another compensation area, do the following:

  1. Select Back.
  2. Execute the Customizing activity again.
  3. Enter a different compensation area and repeat steps 2 to 4.
