SIMG_CMS_INS_STLTYP - Define Insurance Settlement Types

In this Customizing activity, you can define the settlement types that can be used for determining how to maintain the information about the cover market. For example, you can specify that the cover market information is maintained for each insurance once, or within the insurance for each insurer and each syndicate.

Some possible insurance settlement types are:

• Portfolio cover - Covered by a set of different investments that could be in different countries/regions.

• Separate cover - Additional cover provided by the insurance company for this insurance agreement.

• Third-party cover - Cover for this insurance agreement is provided in a country/region other than that of the normal business country/region of the insurer.
