Assign technical users for digital access to SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

When setting up the connection between an SAP S/4HANA Cloud system with SAP Intelligent RPA, unattached access (digital access) is different from attended access (direct human access). The technical user information is used to identify unattended access during connection.

Here, you can grant existing technical users unattended access to SAP Intelligent RPA. Make sure that the assignment is set across your entire system landscape.

You have already created technical users.

Note that the technical user must be a communication user.

Decide on the technical user to be used in the unattended SAP Intelligent RPA. Choose the digital access context for SAP Intelligent RPA and then assign the technical user.
