In this Customizing activity you define, dependent on the claim type, which actions are performed in the dealer portal and in the back-end system when a dealer portal user executes the claim simulation or contract check functions.

If you want to create a back-end action for the contract check, you can use function module DPWTY_SERVICE_CONTRACT_APPLY.

• You have defined claim types in the Customizing activity Define Warranty Claim Types.

• You have defined actions in the Customizing activity Define Actions.
