SIMG_DPWTYVC_ACTION - Define Actions for Dealer Portal

In this Customizing activity you define actions that you require for warranty claim processing in the dealer portal.
You must assign an action in the dealer portal to a warranty claim action in the back-end system. A dealer portal user can only trigger an action in the dealer portal if the action control allows processing the action in the back-end system.
- You have defined warranty claim actions for the back-end system in the Customizing activity Define Actions.
- You have defined action controls for the actions taking place in the back-end system in the Customizing activity Define Action Controls.
- Define an action code for the dealer portal (front-end system).
- Assign an action code defined for the back-end system to the action code for the dealer portal.
- Enter a description for the action code for the dealer portal.
