SIMG_EURO_EWUAFALO - EWUAFALO: Load Depreciation Areas

In this activity program EWUAFALO determines the currencies for the depreciation areas which are used in the system.
An entry for this currency type is also added to control table EWUWT.
Note the sequence of the programs for the changeover in Assets Accounting:
It is imperative that this sequence be observed.
