This program checks all earmarked funds flagged as complete. If the program finds an amount in local or foreign currency that is not zero, it performs a manual reduction.
You must execute the program RFFMEW01 in preprocessing (phase FILL). RFFMEW01 flags earmarked funds which have been reduced in full.
The program must run in the RECON phase of local currency changeover - that is, the active changeover package must be in the phase where the program is started.
