SIMG_EURO_ROIHEW11 - ROIHEW11: Check: Excise duty revaluation not active

This report is linked to the standard Excise Duty Report, ROIHEW10 (list
of active excise duty revaluations). The system checks Table OIH14
(Tax Rate Revaluation) to ensure that there are no excise duty
revaluations currently active. All excise duty revaluations must be
completed before local currency conversion can be started.

If the report finds that any excise duty revaluations are currently
active, the report status is set to ERR and the conversion is not
allowed.

Check the EMU Procedure Monitor for the output of the program. If any errors exist, then re-run program ROIHEW10 and correct any errors displayed by that report. Report ROIHEW10 can be found in the preparation phase of the local currency changeover.
